As we move further into the New Year, we learn that some of our musical legends will not carry on the year with us physically but in spirit. As Poppa L's was getting ready to put together his playlist for this coming Sunday's show to pay tribute to one of the most Legendary groups of our time; "The Whispers"... we learned the group had suffered a great lost... Mr. Nicholas Caldwell who was a member of the group from 1964 to this present day... Passed away.
Mr. Caldwell went home to be with the Lord on January 5, 2016 at the age of 71 years Old. We will miss you and will always celebrate the contributions you and your brothers The Whispers gave to the world of music. Poppa L's, CM Dubb & the Old School Flava Crew will be joined by some Special Flava Guest who will be calling in to pay their respects and share some special moments about Mr. Caldwell. Please feel free to join us this Sunday the 17th at 4pm to pay tribute to the musical legacy of The Whispers and celebrate the life of Mr. Nicholas Caldwell.
